Returns and Refund Policy
This page summarise all the information you need to know if you have bought a product on our site and wish to return or exchange it or get a refund.
Returns and Exchanges: Before returning an item, please check if you meet the return elegibility conditions as stated below. If you meet the conditions, please contact our support team here within 7 days from reception of the item and we will assist you by giving you the return process and your refund or exchanges solutions.
All returns delivery charges are free of charge if you meet the return elegibility conditions.
Enquiries received after 7 days after the reception of your items will not be accepted.

Change of mind after a product was shipped or fashion items not fitting are not accepted as valid return conditions. If you change your mind before your product has been shipped, you can contact us and we will cancel your order (Shipping status will be checked upon your request).
Refund: If you meet the return elegibility conditions and you do not get a product replacement, you can get refunded in site credit or in cash through the orginial payment method used during the purchase of the item.
